The addition to the existing Emmanuel Lutheran Church maintained the integrity of the original Collegiate Gothic structure. The addition was built on the east side of the existing church and we were able to preserve the integrity of the original stain glass windows through the addition of a sloped skylight connector. The building expansion included a new narthex, administrative offices, family room, elevator, restrooms, gathering spaces, expanding the existing lower level social hall and upper classroom wing of the connected school. A new bell tower was constructed at the new main entry.
